You can tell a lot from just the opening words at a post game presser. BB is like-" this is who we are and always will be and if fans don't like it-too bad". He has a contract(thanks Rad) that will cost CU a lot if they fire him and he knows it. He could care less. Losing does not bother him in the least. Some coaches just hate to lose but BB is not one of them. CU has to decide to be great in basketball. We'll see if we have an AD that will push for greatness or continue to accept mediocrity. Dabo has set the example. In other words- strive for the moon.

Have no clue if he cares about winning or losing , but goodness gracious I wish he’d get caught with a hooker or something. Maybe then we’d get a coach in here who seems to have an actual pulse. The guy absolutely has the personality and excitement of a dead librarian. He actual has managed to turn me off from Clemson basketball.

He has the engaging characteristics of a doorknob.***

Brad Brownell: Only Larry freaking Shyatt has a WORSE overall winning percentage among Clemson basketball coaches since 1975. Let that sink in. It's Larry Shyatt & then Brad Brownell.

+1 for the "dead librarian" comment. Classic, and I agree.

His buyout is only less than $3 million. Not that much...

Jan 5, 2022, 8:02 AM

We can make that up in just 1 or two football games.
It all comes down do if we want to win just once in awhile or do we want to win consistently. Graham Neff loves basketball as he played and was a student manager at Ga Tech. So let us hope he wants his legacy to build it into a power the next year or so....

Well said and has my total support if he does. I think most Clemson fans would agree with that assessment.

I would miss the headline "late drought caused the loss"

Lol our basketball fans are complete morons.

So what are going to say if we lose at NC State?

Jan 5, 2022, 8:54 AM

Or then lose at Notre Dame?

You know we have to win 13 ACC games to make the NCAAT right?

What if we don't make the NCAAT this season and next season?

Coach BB has been at Clemson twelve seasons now...

Jan 5, 2022, 9:25 AM

so who/what we are under his leadership has long since been made abundantly clear.

I have said it before and I will say it again. I am not a BB fan. I thought he was a bad hire from day one. I also though he should have been fired after the 2014/15 season.

Three NCAAT appearance in twelve years is totally unacceptable yet the administration keeps giving him pay raises and contract extensions.

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.
