I am a fan of Southern potato salad. I like it as a sandwich with some extra mustard.
One of my many wives (girl from Austria) made it differently, with no mustard. That was incredible. I need to call her up for some. We remain best of friends.

I have hotdogs much more often than I should- had a couple at Saxon’s in Abbeville Tuesday after a couple Monday night at a church men’s supper and then my wife wanted them Tuesday night. Went back to Saxon’s Thursday for lunch. That’s 8 in 4 days!

Had one for lunch. Johnsonville smoked sausage jalapeño. With sour kraut and spicy brown mustard. The day before it was homemade hot dog chili, mustard, and homemade chow chow. Too good to be a “hot dog!”

Grilled breakfast sausage with a little char and broke it up over a bowl of geeche boys grits which had a little too much butter and salt plus a fried egg on top. Outstanding!
