Eggs, grits, biscuit and gravy at Cafe Arthurs in Winston Salem. They have amazing Blueberry bread pudding with Vanilla sauce that was supposed to leave in a togo box, but is leaving in my stomach instead.

Yellow grits, topped with scrambled eggs, avocado, grape tomatoes, grated cheese, crunchy chili sauce, and salsa.
No fan of Columbia, but Adluh Mills is there and their yellow grits are (is?) worth the excursion into cooterville.
