Supposedly we HAD the talent; it was his coaching that was the problem. You can't come back and blame him for us having a pathetic defense after the new guy.
This coaching staff, from the VERY top to the bottom, is done. We need to try to hire this guy from SMU. He is a hungry football coach. Dabo is sodded. He's finished.

I think it's obvious this year that the talent wasn't there, people just don't like criticizing players as much as coaches. Goodwin's guys are busts.

Yep! I hope that Dabo and Co. get with the times and get in that portal this year a little more. We need help on both sides of the ball. There will be some good players out there that would love the chance to come be highlighted here at Clemson. Case in point, Tristan Smith. He finally got one of those highlight catches that he transferred in here for. They need to start using him more especially on jump balls.

We don’t have that LB that could call out opposing offenses that Venables was so good at. Barret Carter dropped off after and it has been down hill ever since.
