....is a lot of things but you can't say hes not a good coach. He surely coached circles around Brownell. You can claim the players were the ones that missed shots sure, but Brad had no idea how to counter Wade's defense. To be out hustled, outsmarted, out rebounded and flat out outplayed is on Brad. To have your team so ill prepared is just embarrassing. Obviously you aren't going to fire him but I'd dang sure subtract 2 years off that extension.

You might as well just give him a lifetime contract now. He'll always do just enough to keep his job and no P4 school is ever going to come after him. Just make it official. The dude is upper-level mediocre and the basketball version of Tommy Bowden. Thank goodness we cared enough about football to get rid of Tommy.

And the Zone defense was just 'Shocking!', haven't seen McNeese play that all season according to CBB. All I can do is grunt and chuckle because I am sure we have seen zone at least once this year so why couldn't CBB adjust until we were 34min into the game. Proves Wade out-coached CBB totally. Obviously CBB has one gameplan for game and has hard time changing during game as we have seen this routine multiple times over the yrs.

Seldom do I watch a BB game. Yesterday I decided to watch Clemson men BB. What a mistake. Quit after 10 minutes. Our team played terrible. Our Coach made no adjustments while I was watching. So, I turned off the tube.
Question: Why would we give this Coach a 6 year extension on his contract?

He just did the underdog type thing and switched up everything Clemson saw on film all year. It gave them the head start they needed and was to late by the time we got going. It was more us than him. We did it against Louisville too

Wade was given a two-year show-cause penalty for his recruiting and bribery violations at LSU. FWIW, I think he also said he wouldn't want to be coach here... Regardless, he'll have an NBA G league roster assembled in a few months.

I know that was hard to watch for you. I love Clemson Bball and don't hate CBB but man the highs are hard to outweigh some of these heartbreaking losses.
