Tigers in state 2013 signees rack up honors

Several of the South Carolina natives in the incoming class have topped off their high school careers by nabbing some impressive honors. The Tigers will have 4 representatives on the SC Select All Star Team, which will play a squad of NC All Stars June 14-15 at Coastal Carolina (think Shrine Bowl for baseball). They are Andrew Cox of BHP, Steven Duggar of Byrnes, John Mulkey of Emerald, and Wales Toney of T.L. Hanna. Garrett Lovorn of Pendleton was chosen to play in the North-South games June 15-16 at the Ripken Baseball Experience in Myrtle Beach. All 5 of those guys plus football recruit Ben Boulware (Hanna) were named All State by the SC Baseball Coaches Association.

taken. In fact, about half of this incoming class are South Carolinians. Just providing information, not attempting to trigger the "What does it matter where someone went to high school" vs "We need to get more in state guys" argument.
