I'm pretty sure that kids do this just throw people off. You have a second to think that they are going to commit to another school. There have been several kids to do this. It's a joke. They know where they're going.

These kids get recruited on a daily basis by anywhere from 6 to 100 schools. Letters, phone calls, texts, emails every day. We've all seen the photos of kids getting 40 letters in a single day. A lot of them probably never considered Clemson before the recruiting process got serious, and were likely not fans either. With that in mind I think it's a complete non-issue that they don't have the name of the school quite right yet.
