Said the same thing. The pitch he hit for the HR was in the same spot. You see it at every level where missed strike three calls come back to bite the defensive team. Team South Carolina just didn't seem to have the bats through the lineup as some of the other American teams. I do think the Joe G kid that pitched the opening game and played outfield the other games was the best American player there. Going to be interesting to see how he continues to develop. He could be one of those 5 tool guys. Good run by the fellas though.
