Agreed, this does NOT look like a scheme issue. This looks like an effort and/or strength issue. Wes isn't the one getting pushed around out there. I might get hammered but honestly this looks like a Batson issue if anything. Our boys havent looked this weak in years on the Dline.

No, Batson was a problem before Venebles and BVs rage, intensity, and band of minions supplemented it. I hope bringing Boulware back in the fold will help, but it won’t be overnight

No, Batson was a problem before Venebles and BVs rage, intensity, and band of minions supplemented it. I hope bringing Boulware back in the fold will help, but it won’t be overnight

I understand that Wes does not have the personality of most d line coaches and seems really laid back and chill but I think it is rubbing off on our o line. They are definitely looking squishy!!!

Dead serious. Look at Goodwins stats. Best defense he’s fielded was barely top 10. Most of those guys are NFL starters. What is the defense rank now? 108!!! BV played as many backups. Don’t try to claim it’s because if the backups. BV maybe played more.
