I'm personally not all that excited about that. Maybe he has matured, but as I rewatched a bunch of the 2016 games over the summer, I was shocked at how many punts he muffed. I'd rather have a more sure-handed guy back there like Renfrow, or give one of the younger guys like Powell or Chase a shot.
That being said, I trust the coaches, so I hope they're seeing a mature Ray Ray this fall camp.

And also that interception after the half time against Louisville. That's all because of his lack of focus and that's the beginning of why Louisville stayed in the game.

Renfrow muffed a punt last year too. So did Scott. Humphries muffed some. Sammy Watkins muffed some. So to point blame at ray ray is wrong. He is the most elusive player in the open field.

They don't want to hear that Ray Ray is the most explosive and elusive punter returner on the team, and they definitely don't want to hear about a negative play involving Renfrow.

Ray Ray by % of snaps though probably has a lot more fumbles tbh. HOWEVER he will be excellent this year

If he can catch it he's the best option. However if he starts dropping them they'll put Renfrow back there probably
