Expect a crude response from ACC officiating vs FSU

Dabo talking more about the Duke call the way he is, it’s not helping with that Also, why does Dabo have to defend his point forever?
Reason you lost is because you gave up 46 points. One TD on a busted coverage before halftime, and a kick return TD. 2 dropped INTs, and a million other mistakes that hindered Clemson.
It’s kind of like Dave Doreon now. Only thing I see is blame elsewhere, and a weird attitude about it.

I honestly hope they do, because then they will show the entire country who they really are.

Didn’t Dabo explicitly say that they shouldn’t have been in a position where a terrible call would turn the outcome of the game? I seem to remember him saying that
Doesn’t excuse the lousy refs employed by the ACC

He could’ve said anything he wanted after, but the first thing he did was call that out
The defense looked like absolute shi*. Even worse than from 2 games ago. Good Lord if I was 3-5, I wouldn’t worry about blaming anyone else ever.

I agree with your sentiment, but I see it as calling a spade a spade. Calling out an atrocious penalty call doesn’t excuse poor play and I’m sure the defense took their licks during film review.

He has to defend his point because the press keeps asking him about it. They want to see him say something controversial. It’s what they do.

Oh yeah, Buying into it totally aligns with how Dabo tries to be. He’s getting walked like a dog. And letting it happen every week after losses.
He should say one thing every press conference and that be it

Dabo does not have to answer the question he is asked.

Or if he does choose to, he can simply say that he’s already addressed it and is ready to move on.
He is just feeding into it and making himself look less in control by continuing to harp on it.

Exactly. There’s never any need to continue on in this situation, if it’s optional not to. This season has been totally overshadowed now by Dabo’s hysteria. Being his up and down moods and wild statements and emotions. He’s frustrated. Losing some sleep maybe. Probably. But he’s got to be aware of why he’s choosing to lash out on a bad call so much. It’s because it’s a vulnerable point to exploit as a reason for his own failure. He’s already admitted to a total coaching failure. And he said that a while ago.
I feel there is disconnect in the program. And I’ve seen some inside rumors connected to that. Saying the administration and others are really pushing for Dabo to start leveling with them, but Dabo is not budging. Just a total idea. Don’t know the full scope. But seems logical to think that.

Don't think there will a bad response from the ref's against FSU.
They have been put on notice and may only call what is reviewable.
Looking for a wild game.

go on a rant about the officials, and truly, he should have said similar things more often and a long time ago, more consistently, and in a more organized manner, rather than just venting in the heat of frustration. That's his problem. He needs to phone some other coaches, write an open letter to the ACC, and make this a mission. The problem isn't talking about it, it's talking about it in fits and starts while he's frustrated, rather than making an organized mission out of it.
I know his opinions on this are genuine, but he doesn't give off vibes like he'll really do anything different than say his piece and then let it die. He intersperses sharp (and accurate) criticisms about how the conference deals with it with more acquiescent sounding comments about how that's not his business and he'll let them handle it how they see fit. He's just venting. He ought to do more than that.
I don't even agree with him that the call at the end of the Duke game was bad. But officiating IS consistently bad, and egregiously so, and conf policy about it sucks colossal level, from the training of officials, to they and the conference's lack of transparency, adequate response, lack of accountability, and horsecrap policy of barring criticism.

I'm sure most of the coaches in the league agree with him. I think they're grateful he's speaking up because most of them don't have the stature or the guts to say it out loud. He's not wrong. Even if you hate Dabo, you have to agree that refs should have accountability and not be able to get away with total incompetence and be immune from being called out.

I've heard him say at almost every presser...

.... that the one call is not the reason they lost the game. I've heard him rant about the poor play of the secondary.
Today I heard him say, "It not just the safeties or the corners. It' the linebackers and the defensive line. All of them had busts.
I've also heard him take the blame for it. "It's on me. It's my job and I'm not doing a very good job of it."
Heck, today I heard him say, "I suck."

Excuses are excuses man.
You point to one call and blame it, you allow blaming to be acceptable. Shut the absolute he** up and coach the team. Yes, I’ve said it. And I know I’m right.
Your (Dabo) team looks like dog shi*, so stop please
