GEORGIA OFFENSIVE REPORT and a serious question for the board

A few tidbits from what I was told.
Carson Beck looks to be really good. I was told Heisman good, buy I have heard talk like that before. Regardless, he looks to be dominant. There is some concern about the back ups. They can do OK with Gunner, but definitely a drop off.
I continue to hear rave reviews regarding the running backs. Branson Robinson has made a miraculous recovery and looks to be 100%. He has slimmed down, too. His burst is definitely there. Etienne should be number one, but that is in now in question after 6 days. The bruiser of the group is Roderick Robinson and my source tells me he has been unstoppable in practice. I guess you can look at that two ways. Also, Nate Fraser may have the most talent of any of the running backs. Hr is absolutely explosive and will play against Clemson. That surprises me, but I was told it is a guarantee. Kirby said this is the most talented group he has ever had. Considering 2017 with Sony Michel, Nick Chub, and D’Andre Swift, that says a lot.
The receiving group looks to be very good. They will certainly miss Bowers and Ladd, but this group will be special. Dillon Bell is explosive. Thea transfer from Miami, Colbie Young, has been tremendous. Was told the receiving group, as a whole, will be better than last year. Young guys look great. Tight Ends are very solid. Delp starts but all will play, including Stanford transfer Yurosek.
The offensive line may be the strength of the team. The size is tremendous and they are experienced and just really, really good. They are dealing with a few injuries, and some players are at different positions, but this line should be the best in the country.
Again, what you hear out of fall camp after it is passed from this person to that person can morph and grow so you never can fully tell. But, everyone is saying that this offense will be unstoppable. No offense is unstoppable. I’ve heard that before. But, I do think Georgia will score on anyone and this may be Georgia’s best offense ever.
All I have for today. I will give a defensive update tomorrow only if you guys want it. I don’t want to bore people, so if the majority don’t want it, I understand

So your qb is a heisman candidate, your rb group is better than 3 nfl rbs, your oline is the best in the country, and your WR's are way better than last year.
Lol. I expect this offense to be better than lsu's w/ burrow.

Do Georgia folks cover the team like Clemson folks do? Because every year we hear about how improved each position group is and then for the last several years they serve us crap and call it chili.
Hard to believe Carson Beck is a Heisman candidate, the RBs are better than a stable of NFL studs, the pass catchers are better than guys that are now in the NFL, and the OLine is the best in America. Might as well pack it in because Georgia is going to score 80 on everyone I guess.

TD - your title was misleading, you never asked a question.
Also I hear your team maybe coming down with Leptospirosis. You may want to keep an eye on that.

They paid Beck $4 million to come back another year and yes he will be the 1st QB selected in the NFL Draft. This to me is the deciding factor in the game. They are a machine paying high school kids premium dollars so this is what you get.
Turnovers will be Clemson’s only chance to keep this one from getting out of hand. Tigers need to flip the field a couple times to have a chance.

IMO, ETN-#2 is not that special. He’s a very good back, but hardly great.
I’m not the least surprised to hear that the country’s best team at recruiting RBs likely has more than one RB better than ETN-#2.
Actually, I’m a bit amused. He should have stayed at FL where he was BMOC.

If you want my reports I’m happy to pass them on. If you don’t, I completely understand and I will not.

I will say this...i fully expect for ga to control the game and win comfortably (10-20 pts) but if what you say is true in your post then the rest of the college football world can just play for second place and i will just probably watch a replay of the gold metal fencing olympic final on the night of the natty game!!!
My only hope between now and our game is that kirby continues to let them all drive!!! Maybe that will help us somehow!!!

It sounds overly optimistic. I agree with you.
The offense will be good. Not sure exactly how good.
Real question is defense.

Let me save you some time on defense. I heard uga defense this year would rival the 2000 ravens defense. Dabo has called and asked Kirby if there is anyway we could just forfeit. Also heard Sankey has contacted every team in the SEC to see if they even wanna play the season or go ahead and crown UGA sec champs.

The only thing I want to hear out of Athens is that the academic people (if there are any people there who actually care about academics) have shut down the football program because of the fraud of the players pretending to be students.
