I thought Riley was this savant of a OC. Last night was terrible. Kept throwing the ball 2 yards behind line of scrimmage with nothing downfield.
Then can’t get the calls in to keep momentum when down 3 scores. No urgency!

the playcalling is fine. the talent is not.
so it gets exposed versus athletic teams

but Cade is slipping to irrelevancy if he can't figure out how to run tempo and calling his own changes at the line of scrimmage.

Our OL and DL were both exposed last night, weak and going to get worse, I wish I knew the answer. However I don't think the Portal is that answer.

imo - i think it's the culture. the guys that have a WHY don't choose Clemson

at some point during TLaw's years. the recruiting profile switched to less aggressive and those that have a dog and motor in them don't want to play with the type of guys that come to Clemson
