They open ever season filling the top 25 with SEC and B1G teams. They manipulate the rankings of the teams in those conference by pushing ACC and Big 12 teams down. As those two conferences' teams play conference games they move them up and down very slowly. We lost to UGA and the bottom dropped out of our ranking.

Had that been Alabama that got their butts handed to them they might have dropped 4 or 5 spots. Had we laid a butt whuppin on UGA that first game they might have dropped 2 or 3 spots. After Lousiville loss
we would have dropped 9 spots in the rankings

ESPiN has control over almost all of sport media and even those who watch and write for other sports news lean on ESPiN's opinion. I'm talking about sports new people (AP) not the general public.

Now they whine and blame it on someone else. That's why I don't watch espn.

They would have given up 50 points last night. That defense had no business being in the top 12.

Could have been but lost to Cuse.

If a 1-loss P4 team gets left out of the 12-team playoff, it's only a matter of time before it happens to ACC teams. Even the 4-team playoff had blowouts every year. Notre Dame easily winning a home game at night in cold weather doesn't mean Indiana didn't deserve to be in the playoff.
