Put Blanks as the extra linebacker, Hall at one DB, Breeland at the other, and Meeks as safety. Put the fastest linebackers on the outside (Blanks and Christian) and the best run stoppers on the inside (Anthony and Tig) just my opinion

The defensive coordinator for Middle Tennessee State stated that he had never coached against an option offense before, but he did a great job this past Saturday. I noticed that their defensive players especially the linemen maintained their feet and they refused to be cut to the ground. They pursued the run plays down the line not giving Georgia Tech's running backs any lanes. I think Blanks could be a key for us in slowing the run down. I think we should play four linebackers also. Willard, Townsend and/or Steward, Anthony, and Blanks at linebacker. The corners will play man to man and one safety, Meeks. Last year this game was a nightmare for Christian. He needs to remain on the bench.
