We completely blew a golden opportunity to get one game closer to Carolina in the overall series. It'll probably cost me a case of beer with my Carolina buddy in our yearly combined sports bet also.

terrible loss but i got a theory on it. it was pj's first game back and i think the guys kinda did not react to him being back and did not play well around him. still no excuse for losing to that crowd.

Yeah, they dropped three games in a row over the weekend. I think if the Tigers played that game again, they would likely win. But you gotta win when the chance is there.

It was a bad loss on the road in a hostile rivalry game.

We played bad, they played good and we lost by 2.

I'm not too worried about it. These kinds of losses happen all the time at the beginning of the season with a lot of teams.

Well, the game was in Charleston so it's fair to blame all the SCar fans for not turning out and letting all those Furman fans overrun the place. Plus, everyone knows Furman is a basketball first school. It's all their fans really have. I don't know how one could expect a different outcome than that considering.
