FUNNY FRIDAY POAST!

I hired a personal trainer at Planet Fitness today. He recommended one set of squats per work out until I achieve failure. I immediately cancelled my gym membership. I figured I don’t need to work out anymore since I’ve already achieved my goals. Heck, I’ve been doing one continuous squat on my couch for years and can confirm that I’m a failure.

Apparently, some folks don't think so. I was riding high at a 99% pulse, but someone down voted my post so many times that it ended up being a 98%. Not that I put too much stock into my pulse on Tigernet, but I do my best to bring legitimate discussions to the table.
