Running back next yr?

Jan 19, 2017, 7:15 PM

My biggest thing with this position is Wayne galman was a great pass blocker. Will cj fuller or feaster be able to pass block. And be able to be the complete back that galman was?

Idk about pass blocking, but Fuller will be starter

> What are you guys saying? Choice and Feaster will be the backs. Fuller played as much as he did because everyone else had injuries(except Feaster and that was blocking issues) Our line will be stronger and will have more unity this year, this will make our running game better. Feaster must come on in the spring to make us a more dangerous team, if he does not--it will be Ckoice. If Fuller is our starter, we will struggle, not knocking him--just no explosion.

Fuller played well, especially at the end of the year

Feaster will get his touches

I hope you're right about the OL, and I would love to see Choice back to 100 percent health.

Sometimes the road to the truth is so elusive it's confusing and reality becomes illusion.

If we don't have an excellent pass blocker, then he better be a runner who can take over games. I agree, a crucial spot for next year while we work in a new QB starter.

Choice, Fuller, or Feaster will start. I'd bet Feaster.***

Fuller is already bigger than Gallman and

and Feaster was only 3 pounds lighter than Gallman in early August. Tavien should get bigger and most importantly, more confident with the offseason strength program and Spring practice. He seemed a bit timid when he played this year.

Fuller may be the starter early on, but I would expect Feaster to get better and better and move into the starting lineup during the season.

Saw Fuller when team got back on that Tuesday.... He might be 5'9".

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

He weighed in at 213 pounds on August 1st. Gallman was 210

Jan 19, 2017, 8:36 PM

which he has been since he started playing for us. Feaster was 207.

Feaster's pass blocking will improve--he just wasn't...

Jan 19, 2017, 7:57 PM

called on to do a lot of blocking in high school--and it's not as easy as it looks from the stands.
Choice is a fine back, but none of the others have the breakaway speed to match Feaster.
There's a reason Feaster was so highly recruited out of high school.
Go Tigers!!

Fuller will start

Jan 19, 2017, 8:19 PM

He didn't look bad in a backup role this past year and averaged nearly 5 yards a carry.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Well, Fuller got us up field at the 2+ minute mark with a nice return

Jan 19, 2017, 8:36 PM

But if he had real speed then he would have possibly gotten 10-20 more yards, or possibly more.

Still, Fuller has given the Team some quality play including a beautiful TD pass catch vs Buckies.

I think it will be CJ Fuller and yes I think he can pass block. Feaster will be a situational back.
