FSU, Third most penalized team in FBS college football....

If he is such a great coach, why can't he teach his players how to play by the rules?

FSU 3rd most penalized team in FBS subdivision. 3 out of 127 with 71 penalties so far in 2016.

Navy, by comparison, has 16 penalties in 2016.

Honestly. Compare the average IQ of the Navy team to the Average IQ of the FSU team.
FSU has always been heavily penalized. That is not a new problem.
