...I suspect they will get their client a very tidy sum of money and settle. UGA cannot allow the details of how they operate their use of automobiles for recruiting purposes to be made public.

If this one statement is factual, then the way UGA runs this aspect of their program is totally indefensible.

Go to any church in you community that has a children's ministry where they pick up kids and bring them to church (either van or bus). Ask them what there rules are before they allow a anyone to transport kids to their church.

I know what our church does. And, it takes a lot less than 4 tickets in the past 6 years to disqualify you.
