Unfortunately he said that any school hiring his father would greatly increase the chance of him going there...so if they hire his father, they are probably in a very good position to get KJ.

But he also said they are not a package deal. He left the door open. What would be cool is if dad got the job, and KJ signed with Clemson. I got a feeling his dad wouldn't last out the season if that happened.

His dad was a position coach and special teams coordinator at Wake Forest several years back, and he coaches RBs at Charlotte now. Not like they're hiring some schlub. But I agree.

Nope. If South Carolina doesn't land him, then they screwed up the process of hiring his dad.
His dad is qualified for a job with South Carolina. He coached defense at Wake Forest.

I think it's all a smokescreen . I think KJ has been a Clemson lock since we got XT committed. Really think they are close and I really think he wants to play at Clemson .
