Went to every game as a student, season ticket holder until we moved to Ohio. Trying the boards because I just miss the camaraderie.
It isn't quite what I had hoped; some of you guys are delusional and I'm not even sure you enjoy the games at all. I hope recruits never come on this site.
No, it hasn't been the best start. But it's a long game and we still have explosive athletes. Let's hope a few of them have some grit too and stay positive.
What is the point of the doom and gloom posts? I just don't get it.

Have to have strong skin, there are crazies on here but lots of good people and thoughts. I live to far away to go to games and i do appreciate the commraderee… but you have tp dig throw the whining, and find people that you enjoy…. Don’t read everything, etc….
Most i follow are reasonably, they want the tigers to win and get better, and they opine on what’s going wrong or good equally and don’t just radnaonly call for every player and coach to be replaced….
Pick you spots, its better than watching alone, at least for me

Negative posts are about discouraged/disappointed fans and dashed hopes. Football is a relief and a brick way for a few hours from our real problems, and we want to see a good product. When that product looks like a dumpster fire, the few hours of escape turn into crap too. Life is hard and football is a way to not worry for a few minutes. Whether that's right or not, that's how it is for a lot of folks. It brings joy and when you spend money and time and effort to enjoy it, and it just turns to crap, it sucks, and folks will be down about it.
