True but McHacksay(s) can start a sentence.

Example.
McHacksays that DW4 could be the best player he kind of studied but got absolutely wrong.

let someone say anything that is fumbling all over our Clemson players . and they're idiots, hacks, etc. Its a typical response from inexperienced people in life. LOl You guys are something. I love Deshuan. I think he has done awesome so far and I hope he is a great player for a long time. But he's not god, he's not perfect. Go Texans!

Watson would be a late round draft pick in 2017. People who follow colllege and pro football bust on McShay all the time. He is much like Finebom, just a novelty to stir up hits on websites.

But we're not allowed to have ours if it disagrees with his because it's mean?

He is still betting against Deshaun, while saying the more he is around Watson the more he learns not to bet against him. Wow! He is so invested on other QBs will be better than Deshaun that he can not admit he was wrong and break the cycle. It is downright comical to see him state he couldn't see the intangibles in his film study. It was all right there on display, three years worth, of film. Including, two 400+ passing yards versus the All-World/Pro Bama D. The first time without Mike Williams and Deon Cain. Good grief, Todd, just admit it already. You either have some personal vendetta or you did not fully do your job.

So, Todd says of Deshaun Watson:
"His unique trait is his leadership and his ability to play big in the biggest moments. It’s hard to know that studying the tape."
What? For Heaven's sake, McShay. "It's hard to know that studying the tape"? How the he77 could you MISS that watching tape? I would almost say that you are a "perfect idiot", but nobody's perfect!

Of course he would say this, because he doesn't want to be proven wrong, and now maybe there is a chance he can say "I told you so" down the road. I hope Watson keeps killing it and guys like McShay get off the #### field. These so called "talent scouts". Ugh.

But one thing I would have rebutted is that the RPO isn't necessarily hard to defend in concept....it is what it is. It's the guy running the show that makes it tough. Watson will eventually hit a rookie wall but he'll overcome that and adapt as needed. But he is such a good decision maker that the RPO will have sustained success.

Mc Whatever, you just exposed your Achilles. You don't know what you don't know. Imagine that, an analyst admitting that, even if unintended. Careers over cause no one believes you anymore.
DW4 is a winner no matter what. He's proven that. You won't admit cause you didn't see it first. Find another line of work, if possible.

"McShay isn’t as willing as some pundits to concede the Chicago Bears drafting former UNC quarterback Mitchell Trubisky over Watson was a mistake..."
So what pundit that is worth a $hit, and was a proponent of Trubisky has actually said Chicago made a mistake?
Seems like its too soon for the Trubisky folks to,throw the towel in. This seems like a very Breitbartish move by TigerNet.
I personally think DW is superior to Mitch but I can't believe that a supporter of the Tar Heel would concede so soon.

About DW4'S ability to win in the biggest moments , Todd McShay said this: " It's hard to see that on film " .
There are about 2 dozen examples on YouTube showing DW4 winning when the chips were down , the clock was short and the games were in the balance . Perhaps Todd McShay doesn't interweb ? Is in permanent TV abstinence ? What kind of analyst doesn't do analysis before reporting on that which they analyze?
Words escape me .

the Josh Allen love is crazy. It's like the Logan Thomas love x10. He's got a strong arm, that's it. He's a bad QB. 26th in QBR last year. 81st so far this year. 81st!! And McShay would pick him over Watson?!?!

If only Watson wasn't so one dimensional. If he ever learns
Oct 5, 2017, 3:27 AM
|
|
to stay in the pocket, he may have a future as an NFL QB.
I kid, I kid.
What McShay fails to understand is that Watson is NOT a one trick pony. He has a strong and accurate arm. He can throw on the run, deliver the ball from the pocket, and just when you least expect it, he can run with the ball. He isn't a Michael Vick, He's a Steve Young with great speed. Add to that his maturity, leadership abilities, and his generosity and you have the makings of a Hall of Famer.
