been two good teams and then nothing. This year 3 teams. With Petrino and their resources, I think with Louisville there might be 4 next ranked teams next year. I think the ACC will have arrived when there are consistently 4-5 ranked teams every year.

If a 4 loss ESECPN team would have been ranked #18 and beat Oklahoma in the ground the way we did. And with their only score coming after we sent the mop up crew in, they would have been ranked in the top 10, 11, 12 team, and not a spot higher. Our three losses were to teams that finished #5, #8, and #9 of the top 10, and we finished strong with our last 3 wins being dominating wins!!! 3 or 4 of the top 10 had worse losses than we did. At the end of the season, IMO we could could have competed against any of the top 10 teams....

Like Dabo says to everybody that he has interviewed with since he has been our HC, IT'S all about recruiting. Dabo gets it, and Dabo "WILL" win that Crystal FB, and I think he has us closer than most outside of our fan base wants to admit.

playoff team on the road in a fairly close game, lost to GT, finished 10-3, finished 2nd in their division, and had a few good, but not spectacular wins. They did, however, get beat by their rival. With a healthy Watson i think we are better than them, without him it would be fairly even i think. You can throw in their secondary pretty easily, so it would depend on which Cole Stoudt showed up.

Mississippi State and Arizona State should both be ranked lower than Clemson. I could live with a #12 or #13 ranking this season, after all, we lost to three top ten teams.

I would rank us at 11-12, ahead of crap teams like Ole Miss, Wis, MissSt, etc. These polls are worthless IMO, and our team is better than the polls indicate. I'm pretty sure none of those teams wanted any of CLEMSON in the bowl game.

From voters that don't watch any other teams that play out of their conference. They have voters that only watch their favorite team play. And the only thing they know about the rest of college FB, is what they see on the end of game score board!!!

Ohio State also lost to Michigan State in last year's B1G championship game, not just to Clemson in the Orange Bowl.

ASU, Wisconsin, and Mizzou have no business in front of us, neither does Miss St but I stated they would be above Clemson due to media bias. Our bowl game proved we are better than the SEC bias and our issue that is gone was Chad Morris. #1 D with an explosive O (minus Chad) and a very good kicking game to go along with that. None of the 4 above us can claim that.
