The skeptic in me says if they wouldn't give it to DW or TL, then CK may have a difficult time too. However, I will still pull hard for him anyway...

If he takes care of business and continues to do what he has done for the rest of the season - no reason he shouldn't be there.
That being said, the media is gonna put Jeanty (rightfully so), Cam Ward (probably, rightfully so) and Either Travis Hunter/Shiddier Sanders (unjustfully so) in the ceremony :/

Really just want him invited this year. No chance of winning but sets him up for next year possibly. Open with LSU at home, so could put it in the bag Wk1.

I wasn't able to watch. Did they even mention him? Last I saw he was #5 in Vegas odds but the skeptic in me says ESecPN would suppress him.

They had no problem with shunning CJ Spiller, DW4, or TL16 and that alone tells me they won't have any trouble shunning Cade Klubnik, it will be a piece of cake for them!!!

Clemson and ESECPN are allergic to each other. Seeing as how the Heist-man is now an ESPN award, Clemson players will be omitted on that basis, because it just means more.......Look at the perennial Heist-man award winning colleges.. Bama, Jawja, The Bucknuts....If they have a club, I wouldn't want to be a member!

Those schools aren't perennial winners, other than Bama recently.
Bama - 4 in history. They only recently started winning, first one was in 2009.
OSU - Has only won 1 in the last 28 years.
Georgia - 2 ever. None in the last 42 years.

Sorry, but Cade could complete every single pass he throws for the rest of the year and those clowns on ESPN will only marginalize his performance.
What they say matters to voters because most of the voters don’t do the research, they only do what the talking heads tell them.
It’s just like gameday. For 15 seconds, “here’s what’s happening in the ACC today…..now back to the SEC.

Even though he won't win it this year he will probably be the only QB in contention who will be back next season so it gives him an upper hand for next season.
