Actually it’s beyond Enough.
Please Mr.AD
It’s time.
Time for a basketball revolution. Absolutely zero, other than maybe personal behavior, is good about this program.
It’s time.

Is Neff still alive?
Or is he just an empty suit?

I don’t think Neff has whiffed on a coaching hire yet. His whiff so far was keeping Brad after not making the stated goal of the NCAAs. If the likely implosion happens, I think he will act.

It wouldn't be wise to make a drastic move during the season

but trust me, if this season ends in another disappointment, Brad is almost certainly gone. Neff gave Brad some grace after last year because of how close they came to making it, but he made it clear after the Morehead loss that expectations were not being met. I believe "unacceptable" is the word he used. Neff has been terrific so far in his brief tenure, and I would think that if Brad tests his patience again, Graham will feel he has no choice but to make a move after he already cut him some slack.

And what is unacceptable, please define?

What level of performance Neff will deem as "unacceptable" is anybody's guess. We'll have to wait and see. However, I think he's done quite well enough so far to have earned some trust from us. I have confidence he'll make the right decision, whatever that ends up being. Hopefully the Tigers can get it turned around and go on a run and make this whole conversation irrelevant.

If the University wants to SAVE what once was a promising season, the move

DOES need to be made now. These guys are pretty much playing without a head coach anyway, removing the figurehead may actually jar some people back to reality instead of sleepwalking.

Agree - make the move NOW. There is nothing to lose, at this point.***

I don't think bringing in a new coach on the fly would be smart. If a change needs to be made, that should be done during the offseason so that he would have time to recruit, hire a staff, and thoroughly implement his system. PJ Hall and JG3 will be gone after this season (maybe Chase as well), so that would also help with the transition because the most prominent players from this year will be leaving. This would give room for the younger players who could actually be influenced more by the new coach to emerge into prominent roles on the team.
A new coach probably isn't going to be able to do a good job of implementing his system in the middle of a season, and the players would likely struggle to adjust to that as well. It would be better for everyone if that could wait until the offseason so that everyone could start fresh. As for this year, you gotta ride it out with Brad in charge and let the chips fall where they may. I still believe the upside of this team is very high, but if the season ends in another disappointment, a change should probably be made.

Neff already stuck his neck out there for him pre-Morehead and got burnt. He won't do that again. The extra time he's had to shape up this critical sport's needs in the facility and leadership areas will pay dividends IMO.

I agree completely! When we didn’t foul during the last 5 seconds of regulation to take away the 3pt threat, I felt sure that doom was on the way - the typical meltdown!
