I think you'd need more schools than one to do that but I don't know an exact number.

Nobody knows as the actual GOR agreement is not available for public review. Seems like someone would do a FOIA request to Clemson to see what they signed

There are two issues with the GOR...

1. The buyout, which is like $100M plus ~$30M per year for each remaining year (through 2036, I think).

2. Each schools TV rights. Even if you exit the league, the ACC will own your TV rights, meaning you can't broadcast your home games through then end of the GOR.

You need to litigate the contract to exit both points, and it seems like FSU is prepared to do that confidently.

However, if FSU is successful, it opens the door for everyone else since what each of those schools agreed to include FSU being a part of that deal.
