I listened to Dabo’s presser and I got interested in this Easton Ware kid. According to Dabo, he and Matt Luke went to watch him person. Luke said that Ware might be the most under recruited O-lineman in the nation. I think Luke is easily the best coach on the staff and he doesn’t need to blow smoke at Dabo.

Check out this highlight video. Here is what I like. He plays both sides of the ball, and he’s got a nasty mean DT mentality. He’s also got a huge frame. I think they could get him to 320-330lbs in 2 years no problem.

I know everyone likes the flashing RB/WR recruits, but these are the type of guys that allow you to like up and get 2-3 yards whenever you need it.

Definitely see why he is a OLine prospect for college rather than a DT prospect. Needs some work on foot speed, but I agree that Matt Luke is one of the best coaches on our staff and I look forward to seeing what Luke can do with him. Would expect him to redshirt a year, but maybe not depending on our depth after transfers this year.

I think the quality OL guys are gonna be the only thing that comes close to saving this class. I could see he and Jacobs being OT bookends for a good run.

A stud DT and possibly a stud DE as well? What will really be huge is if Brooking can be the real deal after two ACL surgeries.

Def some recruiting disappointments this year but the Oline guys are not among them.

Ware & Jacobs are as good of a tackle combo as we've ever signed!! We also got a couple good guards! We may have some issues in the future but don't think the OL will be one

A college football team is built from the inside out. This recruiting class not only shows me the influence of Matt Luke but makes me realize that Dabo is right on track with his plan to rebuild.
