It's obvious at this point that it's intentional. Or they have an 8 year old running the clock.

They were out of timeouts with 2 min left. That clock operator bought them at least 2 extra timeouts and plenty of time to rest because it took the refs 5-min to get each one sorted out.

UNC played 9 players and Duke played 8.......James came in and played as the 9th UNC player after Johnson fouled out.


The clock issue happens on average 2 to 3 times EVERY GAME including Clemson games. Nothing unique about it.
