I wish it was Clemson.
The only rules are that there are no rules. So, take advantage while you can.
Obviously QB is probably the last position we would do this for, but if this was a top WR, I would feel a lot different.
If I am NC State, I back up the Brinks truck.

what would that do???......who would they report it to? There is no governing body that controls this stuff. The NCAA has zero power and/or not equipped enough and/or not willing to police this disaster.
So...............I liken the situation to Pass interference. Pass interference is AGAINST THE RULES. Both WR and Defender will push the limits and break the rules UNTIL a flag is thrown and a penalty is enforced.............ALL TEAMS.........ALL PLAYERS break/push the PI rule in every game. If it's NEVER called and penalized then it will continue to happen.
The UTSA coach just recently tweeted out to the NCAA asking how to report tampering and how much evidence is needed..............I just saw a screenshot and not on Twitter, but to my knowledge it has fallen on deaf ears..........surprise surprise.

It's a Catch 22. The "Good Coach" turns in the "Bad School/Coach", the player and his family loses $s, all recruits and future recruits hear this, so now the good coach and his school is "silently black balled", losing recruits and etc.
