Next year/Dallas Thomas

There is not one person that could come on TNET and claim that we’ll be better next year. It’s too early to tell.
We only know what we are losing. And the players staying.
We don’t know what transfers we might get. Or recruits.
And I’ll tell you this was a prime opportunity for this program. And we folded like Lawn Chairs. All of them.
But, regarding Thomas…I think this will be the best player come through under Brad.
He is extremely athletic and highly rated out of high school.
So along with that, I think Zackery may be leaning on coming back.

There’s just not a lot coming back next year
We will see how Brad can reload his team with transfers.

Wiggins can’t hit the side of a barn unless we up by 20 and then he can’t miss.

We definitely need athletic... we looked like "White man can't jump" personified today. They were alley ooping and living above the rim. We have to get some of that athleticism back!

Yeah just posted that. But who knows how that appeal goes.
Yes, but Dallas Thomas is not the same frame as Chauncey Wiggins. He is more like a real long wing. A guard's body but with extremely long limbs making him about 6-9. Coach Brownell said that when they were interviewing Dallas on his radio show during the season that when he got to Clemson he was only 155 lbs. That is crazy thin for a 6-9 guy I think they said he was about 175 lbs at that current time so I guess the hope to get him about 190-200 lbs before the start of the season. But imagine a guy that long who has guard type skills on offense and defense
Also everyone says Ace Buckner looks just as quick as Del Jones now that he is healthy.
That is some athletic guys coming on to the scene.

I liked hearing some of the walk on's describe his game and mention how bouncy he was and that he was a good shooter. Time will tell.

We have some very talented freshman coming in as well. Not your typical Brad class.

No telling. They might get 10 minutes per game. Depends on the player.

He averaged 11 minutes per game as a frosh. PJ Hall averaged 10 minutes. Del Jones played 11 yesterday. I think these frosh will get plenty of playing time though with all we are losing.

He has the best assist to turnover ratio in the history of Clemson basketball! If Zachary can return, the trio of Dillon Hunter, Zachary and Dell Jones will be pretty good! The front court is where we will need help!

Perhaps it will come together for him next year, but he must improve his other stats. Even his free throw percentage is horrible (<60%).

the one thing we do know is that Brad will be back . enough said, by end of year, Dallas Thomas will be unable to dribble the ball, shoot, or do anything. That is the norm under Brad brownell, outside of last years miracle run.

Maybe we start the paper bag head tradition next season. That’s how embarrassing that loss was. NIT opening round flashback for two years ago…

If Zachary comes back he needs to embrace that Wolverine look and go all in with it. Maybe he will play like wolverine more often if he does.

Let's hope he's the real deal. Zachary getting the waiver and returning would be big. We need His toughness and leadership. He basically willed us back into the game yesterday.
Front court is nothing but question marks. Not one proven player returning. Desperately need a PF who can rebound and score. Need a C to compete with Reeves, who I do think has some talent, but is still raw.
