Our roster is loaded with talent. Players seem to stagnate - no development. Case in point, everytime I see Cade he is locked on receivers like lasers coming from him eyes....he's too easy to read.

Empty stadiums will get change real fast, that will get everybody's attention quick, but it could tank your program too. You hope it doesn't come to that, but it's already happening. People are tired of showing up to watch a complete sh*t show and spending good money for this crap.
