Do Streeter and Richardson keep the same scheme

and playbook we have been using or do they change it up?
I know a lot complained about how Elliott's scheme was outdated.
I hope they do and we see a different-looking offense on the field next season and not WR screen, run up the middle, incomplete pass on 3rd and medium like we did all this season.

It will be the same stale offense we’ve been running… Dabo absolutely terrified to switch things up and try new things

CootKiller94 great to know that you've got the inside scoop about Dabo's offensive philosophy.
Now we can all breathlessly await your next post, when you share your telepathic insights into Dabo's mind.

So, Dabo hiring essentially a HS coach to bring in a cutting edge offense is proof of his fear to “switch things up”?
Maybe it’s the abnormal recruiting style of not just chasing star ratings and metrics or over signing 25+ players each cycle (see Bama, UGA, etc) that proves how “terrified” he is?

I can almost about guarantee it will be a breath of fresh air. You will see a lot of similar plays I am sure but there will definitely be new looks and new tweaks.

If I had to guess, I think in a year or two you will hear about a trip Street and Kyle took to some other place in the country to "share ideas" with other coaches. Maybe a Garrett Riley at TCU or somewhere like that.

That is my hope but I didn't here anything similar in the last 2-3 yrs in relation to TE studying new concepts on a q&a trip. Doesn't mean it didn't happen though.

Scott and Elliot changed up what Chad did

They got rid of the 80% bubble screens and changed it up but keep the same concepts.
I suspect Streeter will do the same. Same scheme, but improvements hopefully

Chad didn't love the bubble screen nearly as much as the jet sweep.

same terminology and general offense but we'll probably see different play calls. Meaning that I think Streeter will be comfortable calling plays that maybe Tony wasn't and vice versa. Probably a few new wrinkles, or at least ones that we've not run in a while.

Why mess with success? The concepts and general playbook will be the same and terminology will be carried over, but the sequencing will look different and new things added. I liked the 2 back stuff and under center we ran against UofSC and expect we'll see more of that too.

Don't know. I would love to see the ability to run between tackles. If we can get the run game right, we dominate again.

Listen to Dabo

Same philosophy. What is Dabo's philosophy on offense? He wants explosiveness, tempo at times, ability to run and throw, stretch the field vertically and horizontally.
We obviously lacked a lot of that this year due to personnel issues. That will get fixed. Scheme will change some with new coordinators and personnel, but the philosophy will not

Drastic change, No. But, if they have any ambition about their careers, they will put their own stamp on the offense. Other employers will want to see progression and ingenuity for them to take the next step. Not just be a copycats of their predecessors.
