Gators been losing recruits like they were Gamecocks.
Lagway was Clemson's 1st QB offer in this class. Lagway committed to UF before Riley was hired, so I doubt they've ever really quit recruiting him.

Agree with your post. I think he wanted to come to Clemson but UF offered him three stacks which he could not refuse. Wondering if we might have stepped up a little knowing he does not really want to jump on a sinking ship?

You may be right in the literal sense but I was offering it as a metaphor for a lot of money (much greater than $3k) since I have no clue in terms of the real amount (may be $1m+)
