Digital tickets for ACCCG?

Not to be a smart a** with tickets but is anyone else having a problem downloading their tickets from the ACC?

tickets from acc are no good.. they are all being refunded as well as ticketmaster, only tickets that will be accepted are tickets sold by the two universtities.. go to acc and check out their article. explaining this,, i purchased 8 back in april they are no good either.

Tickets came to Clemson but getting them on your phone has to be from the ACC instead of ACC

ok, hope there isnt issues. cause i know clemson told me they dont have plans how to handle the issues going into the game, they were not sure if there would be help at the ticket window in charlotte

it says on the ACC Football Championship page on the theacc.com that if you have any questions regarding your tickets then you can call Charlotte Sports Foundation at 704-644-4047 or tickets@charlottesports.org.Last year I had a problem with my phone and they gave me a hard copy ticket at the Will Call Ticket Office at Bank of America stadium.All I had to have was a conformation that they sent me and my drivers license.Go to the middle of the ACC Football Championship page where it says Ticket Info...https://theacc.com/sports/2017/11/11/2019-acc-football-championship-game.aspx

confirmation number is what meant to say.You need that and your license in order to pick up a hard copy ticket on the day of the game at the Will Call Office at Bank of America stadium.They will ask for your email address and then they will send you a confirmation number.
