Great recap of the 2013 game, was one of the best events I ever attended. It had the whole package, hype, underdog story, college gameday, night game, etc.
Last year of college, had a good tailgating spot, and then the game itself was exciting with big plays on offense and defense, culminating in a Clemson victory. Can't ask for much more than that.
It's criminal that Georgia is not a staple on our schedule every year, both schools would benefit greatly.

Might be very soon in the SEC, depending on what division we are in. Might even play them twice a year with the playoffs too.
Dabo ain’t scared, you can X that too!

If we want to play them we better get in the SEC. If the SEC goes to 9 conference games I'm thinking the future 2029, 31, 32 and 33 scheduled games get canceled by them. Only non con games we will have to look forward to are ND and SCAR.

The game was played on August 31st in Death Valley, I was at that game, and it was a thriller for sure. After the game, the news reported seismic activity within a 50-mile radius of Death Valley.

That was not Boyd's longest pass, nor was it Watkins longest reception

in their career. That play was 77 yards long.
vs Syracuse that year they hooked up for a 91 yarder.
Then, a few weeks later, they hooked up for a 96 yarder vs UVA.

That game was a day before or after my birthday.....I forget. Anyway I saw that game at my mom's house while I was visiting.....and I tell you......the very next day after that game....my body was so sore as if I had played on that field myself that night of the game. I've never experienced any soreness in my body like that before from just cheering on my tigers. I wanted that win soooooo badly that year.
I was just that into it I guess .

It's funny how things change, back then it felt like we were always the underdog, and the big victories just felt like they meant more.
Once success comes, it breeds that feeling that any loss is a total failure, and every win is just what you have to do to maintain status quo. I guess that's why it's hard to stay on top!
If anything, the average couple of years we have had (well, I say average, still pretty good), and the whole transfer portal narrative kind of has me feeling like we are an underdog again, which is kind of fun in a rooting interest sort of way.
