I can only speak for myself, but Trump is among a small handful of candidates the republicans could run that I absolutely would not vote for. Any centrist candidate would absolutely landblast anyone the D’s could find to run, but if Trump is the nominee, it’s going to be another 4 years of D president. I hate to keep sitting out elections, but I’m not going to vote for someone just because of the team.

They want Trump to run. He will be very old, his act stale, and they will play Jan 6th riot video advertisments all day and night. They want Trump to run. Now the Dems will have to come up with a moderate who is much younger and Trump will get blown out. They want Trump though on that ticket.

I think the D's are trying to get Trump as the nominee for the R's. The only person that Biden would have a "chance" of beating would be Trump. They know say a DeSantis/ Scott ticket would take down Biden. Or any other D that they would run if they can somehow squeeze Biden out. They're scared of 8 years of DeSantis more than anything. They "think" they can beat Trump and they're probably right.
