Hear me out.
Him and Shane have kind of a father son thing going on. A win saturday would have made it 10 of the last 11 for Clemson. We could afford to lose one strictly from a rivalry stand point.
By losing the game we gave them a chance to make the playoffs along side us. I don't think I've ever seen a game where a team had that many head scratching plays to give a game away.

Even if he did we would never know. He’d be canned within 10 seconds of it coming out.

Not playing Sammy Brown in the 4th sure makes you question but no he did not throw the game (intentionally)

Dabo hasn’t exactly dominated the Gamecocks in his career so far. I know he won 7 straight, and a few of those wins were blowouts, for which I am forever grateful, but his overall record is only 9-7 against them including at least 3 losses in Death Valley.

Dabo wasn't nearly as sad as I was when we lost. Almost too smiley. Continuing to run an ineffective Mafah and holding Sammy out is very suspicious. TOL

There was no guarantee Cuse was going to beat Miami. But seriously. Letting the other guys win? Sounds scandalous to me.

Not sure but he and his wife are way too chummy with SB and his family. Feels like he doesn't mind losing to them enough anymore.

Get a lead late third quarter or early fourth quarter, then play it safe on offense, avoid the turnover, and let the defense win it. Going 3 and out is okay according to that philosophy. Punt and play defense.
Unfortunately, it didn’t work. The defense could not stop Sellers, and even when we were in position to win or tie in the final minute, Cade made a dumb play.
1. Cade has talent, but he lacks savvy. He sometimes doesn’t understand the situation or panics under pressure and makes an ill-advised play.
2. Dabo goes ultra conservative with the lead late and always has. We do not have the horses anymore to lock it up on defense.
I’ll keep saying that we’re not a well coached team right now. We should be better than we are showing, and I put that on the coaching staff. I still maintain that the defense played well enough to win despite some issues. Those 17 points should not have beaten us.

While I do NOT think Dabo threw the game on purpose, the only scenario I could imagine we’re something like that would happen, is if Dabo truly does feel Clemson football is his own personal playground. In his mind, he really did not want to be the 12 seed at large in the playoff if we were to beat South Carolina, and Miami, as expected, went on to beat Syracuse., so he could’ve thought, “yeah I’ll let Shane have this one and take our chances on Syracuse beating Miami, putting us in the ACC championship game, And getting possibly a top four seed” . If Miami would’ve won, then we would find ourselves in a midtier bowl game with an easier opponent and a possibility of a 10th win, instead of an at large 12 seed in the playoff, having to play Notre Dame or Georgia again in the first round.
Again, I do not think Dabo threw the game, I think he’s too competitive for that. However, there were some odd calls and odd situation in that game that left me scratching my head, wondering what the heck coaches were thinking or doing.

Yes you did.....
73-44-4 all time record. You have won 2 out of the last 10 by a combined 4 points. You're getting there... In another century or so you might be able to make the overall series record close.
Carolina is in Chapel Hill. USC is in CA. And THE University in this state always has been and always will be.... CLEMSON. You can print that... tweet that. (Go to 5:30 in the video)

Dabo is 55 and Beamer 47. What makes you conclude there is a "father-son" thing going on between them?
