Not at all saying that you are completely wrong STERLING, I just don't see Ngata not being drafted within all 7 rounds of the draft. He has good hands, he is a pretty good receiver after the catch, not an easy tackle, he's the right height, maybe could use a tiny bit of weight, and I think he is what we use to call a 4th-5th rounder, but Ngata is a little better than average WR pick. So I'm saying he will be off the board by the end of the 5th round or sooner....

I hope he gets drafted, but I bet another year, with a better QB and new OC could have made a HUGE difference for him

The only guy who will put up eye popping numbers will be Trent Simpson. Because he came to Clemson gifted. No one leaves Clemsons S&C program any faster or more explosive than they came in. These combine numbers over the last 20 years are a good indicator that S&C needs some work.

^^^ most likely an underrated post ^^^
I wish we had some data on this. It would be interesting to track how many stayed the same, got better, or even got worse. Surely our team tracks this data with today's technology.
Goes without saying some of those measurables wouldn't change. Eg, height, arm length etc.

I'm sorry. I seriously doubt that Dabo would keep someone who isn't performing. I believe we just saw that. He gives people a chance to perform and if they don't, he changes them. He isn't a hands off coach, either. He pays attention to details. I'm positive that he has spoken with other coaches, looked at other programs and made comparisons

7 draft picks would be incredible. Ngata is the only iffy. He better show out at the combine. The talent is there but the production wasn't.

There's more than 1 iffy man.
The only locks in that group pre-combine are Murphy, Bresee, Simpson, Henry. Ngata, McFadden, Davis, and Potter are all iffy IMO.
Actually, I'll say we end up with 3 of those 4 UFA, guessing the combine helps with at least 1 to make the cut or a team takes a chance on a development project.

Typo. Most had him worse than 10th just in te's. With a lot of the draft sites predictions has him UDFA.

I am somewhat joking and definitely hoping the coffers are not left bare. However, Simpson, Breese, Murphy are future NFL stars. We slept on Ngata (and he somewhat gave up on himself in my opinion) due to horrible QB play and injuries, but in the ACCCG and practice for Senior bowl he showed what he is capable of if the pass is in his neighborhood…4/5 round pick.
