So now federal authorities will be criticized for not requiring a warning on fireworks saying "DO NOT IGNITE THIS DEVICE WHILE ON TOP OF YOUR HEAD BECAUSE IT COULD BE HAZARDOUS TO YOUR HEALTH"? Why didn't someone think of that? Good Gawd!
