Questions about Cade were met with the same ire as when questions about DJ were brought up. He said how well Cade played.
I’m tired of the qb hoopla for the last 4 years. His head is in the sand again. 2 different OC’s same result.
Defense and offense can’t play with enthusiasm unless they have confidence in the qb. That has been lacking for too long.

When cade gets in trouble he rolls wide right every time .I haven't seen him out run anyone. This is not high school. He is not as fast as he thinks he is.

Pearman is a redshirt sophomore, Vizzina is a redshirt freshman. So Pearman actually has seniority, but Vizzina is next after Cade on the depth chart.

The scheme at Clemson has not evolved over the past 6 years. DJ was a miss, Cade might be a miss too, but no QB should be expected to go out there and throw 50/50 balls as the base of an offense. It's stupid. A Tee Higgins type player is not coming through that door every year (yes i know Moore is that style guy). The scheme has got to change. Utilize the entire field and if you have speed issues create rubs and use motion to get guys free. This stagnant stationary style of offense is not going to work. You can not just out talent other teams in this era of college football without having a heavy NIL wallet. It's got to be scheme over team for Clemson.

It wasn’t all on Cade. If you watch the film on Cade he did a lot of things right except for under throwing almost all the deep routes. Our WR are not helping him at all. They don’t block, they don’t run hard unless they think they are getting the ball, they basically aren’t giving a great effort to create separation. We have a ton of problems on offense, and some show up in games more than others. Against uga, our WR play was the biggest issue.

Underthrows are understandable when you see wrs quitting on routes or getting pressed into the dirt lol. It's so hard to even judge Cade over the past 2 years bc the wrs have been hurt and are poorly coached and the OL was about as bad as it gets last year.
The wrs not tracking the ball really irritates me. You can't throw a guy open if they can't track the ball or don't know where to expect the ball. AW0 not finding a perfectly thrown ball in the end zone was a prime example of this. Randall for 2 years now has been a guy that can win body positioning downfield but doesn't know how to fight to the ball and force flags or body out a defender to snag a ball. Also most the wrs on this team catch with alligator arms and don't ###### the ball out of the air.
