Man, I thought Louisville looked plenty tough last night. That will be our first big test. And we ain't gonna just outscore them. The defense is going to have to stiffen up.

Our first string defense I believe is good enough to hold them to 20 or less. Heck, Virginia held them to 24 and we just doubled that on them with 48. What I don't want to see happen is we get a comfortable lead in the second half and put the backups in all at once like we've been doing and then give them a chance to get back into the game. Because they absolutely have the ability to score quickly.
Also it's a home game so that works in our favor in a huge way. I'm more concerned with the away games against Pitt and VT, especially if those are night games which I'm confident they will be. They love to give us away night games and nooner home games for whatever reason. Regardless, we have the ability to beat all of them if we play a B+ and especially if we play our A game.

VT on the road could be trouble, they have a really good rb and tough, mobile qb.

Dabo has not put our best game on the field yet.

We have no one on our schedule which worries me in the least. Dabo is training backups and giving starters time on the bench to protect their health and keep them fresh.
You know datboy runs a clinic during these games, he's been doing it since day one.

You do realize that Luavull took the canes to the wire yesterday and needed some help from the refs to lose, right? We got them and then we go on the road two weeks in a row to face pretty good teams that will look at beating Clemson the same way Vandy saw beating Bama.
We got a tough row to hoe, and it ain't gonna be near as easy as you're making it out to be. If we make it the rest of the way undefeated and can beat Miami it will be a BIG accomplishment. We can do it but again, it ain't gonna be easy.

That’s 3 games in a row that the refs have gifted UM so not sure they are as great as being made out to be. Appears to be a special friendship between Phillips (his refs) and Radakovich

What you say is mostly true. Those teams are going to throw the kitchen sink at us, including usuck. However, if Dabo gets this team truly focused and firing on all cylinders we won't have any problems winning out.
But as we've seen with us and almost every team in all of college football this season in particular, that is much easier said than done. It can be done though and i believe this team has the ability to pull it all together unlike the last few years.

Yep, I agree.
I just hope the 21 points given-up to UVA in the 4th quarter don't come back to bite us at the end of the season. We will be competing against teams that like to win 70-7.

Nor is Miami. We’ll see how we stack up when Louisville comes to town. It will likely be a shootout,

You are correctly dialed in by not looking past the next game. I guarantee one, Dabo is preaching FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS ON LOUISVILLE. FORGET UVA AND WHOEVER IS AFTER LOUISVILLE. HE PROLLY DOESN'T EVEN MENTION THE NAME OF ANY TEAM EXCEPT LOUISVILLE. IT'S HARD TO KEEP 18-21 YOA COLLEGE STUDENTS FOCUSED.

Yeah Louisville is a few plays from being 6-1 right now…. There are no cupcakes left on our schedule in conference or against the coots as much as I hate to say it.

Focus on who? I think you should be more clear about what I’m supposed to be doing.
FOCUS on LOSERVILLE. (Clearly, you are not focusing. Please leave your car keys on the bar and call an UBER.

People are sleeping on Pitt. I've watched a few of their games, that's going to be the toughest game left and probably the second toughest behind UGA obviously. They are tough well coached team.

I don't disagree, but I think they are predictable and limited.
I watched Louisville last night and they looked damm tough to me. They will give us all we can handle. Glad to have a bye week ahead of them.

Correct. Pitt at Pitt will be a tough game. VT at Hooterville will be a tough one as well. We will always get the best shot from everyone. Even the Coots are packing some punch these days. There are no easy ones remaining except for Citadel.

They go to Duke and have Pitt at home. Those are not gimmes. They’ll probably handle BC at home. At UVA, they likely win Cal loses every game by a point, it seems…but you can’t sleep on them.
We just need to deal with our own business…we all have seen enough football to know that teams find a way to slip up and that undefeated conference records are rare…regardless of the quality of conference.
