Do you think possibly the ranking of some of those teams matter?
Where do you think Clemson ranks against ranked teams in the last 4 years?
We're 8th in the country (7th if you don't count 1-0 James Madision - most sports stats have a minimum requirement) at 8-6, 57.1% here in the dark ages of Clemson football. That's a miserable 4.1% off his overall record of 41-26 62.2% as a full time head coach. That's only good for 5th in the country (4th w/o James Madison) over that time. He's such a terrible coach.

Without checking, I would guess that we've played 3 SEC teams: SCar, Bama and UGA. I wonder what the win percentage of the rest of the SEC is against Bama and UGA.

With barely a Top 25 overall budget he has once again, for the 14th consecutive year, led us to a higher finishing position at season's end with his on-field results than what our program is afforded from a financial resource position. And he's done this with a Wild West NIL and portal landscape the past five years that is just now being reined in, with us positioned very well for what lies ahead.
Dabo saved Clemson and our booster community $$ Millions over this roll out stretch and is STILL in the postseason mix for a Natty.

Dabo’s not an idiot. If the average fan can see deficiencies, you can bet Dabo sees them. He made the move with Luke last year and it’s already paying dividends. There’s a good chance there will be a staff change or two and a few portal players brought in. You can’t watch the postgame from the ACCCG and say that CDS has lost his passion

We are 0-2 vs the SEC this year and have lost our last 2 out games to the coots. The numbers don’t lie. We need this win against Texas big time! We have the talent to beat them…this game will tell us a lot about how dabo and the program are trending.

However, I do think his salary, resources, and fairly recent history of elite success justify very high expectations for the program.
Painting fans as the problem is a recent move Dabo has made, and one that I don't like at all.
