Thanks guys! It didn’t work, but all it was was a little spring in one of the switches was broke. Stole one out of an ink pen in my shop and got it back running.

I did go ahead and put a new battery in it since everything else on it is pretty much “new” now

Thanks! I used Krylon Fusion. It’s designed for plastics. I also washed and lightly sanded all the surfaces first.
