Curious comments from Wake fans....

As we were walking out of Groves Stadium last night, the few Wake fans that remained made some pretty rude comments to us; saying things like "Clemson has no class" and "Clemson sucks". They were upset that Clemson "ran-up" the score. SAY WHAT !?!?!?!
Apparently they were watching a different game because, frankly, if Morris doesn't deliberately slow down the pace of the offense in the second half and call a much more generic/vanilla game, Clemson easily hangs 60+ on Wake.
Instead of railing on Clemson they should be sending Dabo and Coach Morris thank you cards.

half. Certainly not on the road at night against not only a conference opponent, but a division opponent.
We scored one touch down in the second half. Those were just frustrated fans. Any Wake fan that was paying attention knows that we took the foot off the gas completely.

Wake does not have class....I was up there when they beat us by the field goal in 05 and their fans smacked talked us all the way to the car...I have not been back since!

As I recall there were two teams on the field last night and they (wake fans) should be mad at their team for not stopping us from scoring. They would have done the same to us if the roles were reversed.

that it might actually turn into a game after Wake scored the 2nd TD and kept getting stops? I know i was.
It was obvious for the entire 2nd half that we just needed one more score to end the game for good, and we (eventually) got that.
