CU Financial Aid Office - LIFE GPA

We are preparing to pay the fall tuition for what looks like will be online classes and the financial aid office has somehow incorrectly calculated my daughter's LIFE GPA. She e-mailed early in the week and I followed up yesterday when she didn't receive a reply. I received a canned reply which said they are all working from home and phone calls are not available. Am I wrong in expecting at least a reply from a human that tells us when we can expect a resolution or at least an explanation of the calculation they used to get the erroneous GPA?

I can't call them so does anyone have suggestions of the next step?

Humans are hard to talk to on the phone anymore. This is a very, very poor customer service device. I have stopped doing business with companies that I can't talk to. They want you to go on-line so you can do their job for them.

I sent an email to the financial aid office last week and got a response late the next day.

Yes this cant talk to a person is junk. Dont stand for it. Call the Dean or Dept head.
