1. Why is Jack Crighton not a full time starter? He's .463 on base and .364 batting average.

2. Who would you start on Sunday? LeGuernic, Bailey or Titsworth? Or someone I'm not thinking of?

I'd have to give Bailey a look for real. LeGuernic did the same thing with the ole miss game. But had a good outing against s car. He started good against Davidson until the 3rd inning.

But good news on the pitching front. Gillis and Bell starting their progressions next couple of weeks. So hopefully we're slowly getting healthy.

Yeah, tough call with crighton.

Glad to hear Gillen and Bell are getting healthy. I gotta ask what your source is. Crighton has earned more playing time. Been a consistent .300 hitter from last year to now and good defensive player too.

TCI had an interview with Bakich and I quoted what he said. Also said we'd see if Samol gets 2 innings this week. Apologies not responding until now.

At some point he’s just going to need to see the field consistently over Bissetta. I keep waiting on him to get hot because when he does he hits a lot of home runs and doubles but he looks mediocre as heck this year…. The biggest problem is not having Gaffney be the main catcher that can get Jacob Jarrell out of the lineup. If Gaffney could catch, then we could have Priest, Crighton and Bissetta in the lineup and still have McCladdie as the first man off the bench.

He has never hit a home run for Clemson. IMHO he looks better this season than he ever has. He’s mostly a singles hitter who hits to the opposite field. He’s a decent right fielder and has speed on the base path. It would be no surprise if he platooned with Bissetta who bats lefty and has more power but not as good OBP.

I think Bailey has earned at least a weekend start. Let’s see what he does. In my opinion Titsworth still needs to be that high leverage guy. Thought he pitched well last weekend, just had a couple of infield singles.
