Baseball for me. Grew up a Cincinnati Reds fan and Pete Rose was my favorite player ever! We went up to watch the Reds play and got to see Pete Rose’s first game as a player/manager. Just a fluke that it happened.
Second was watching the Panthers in Death Valley win their first game against the Jets. Sam Mills making the big play! RIP Sam

NBA Championship 1985 when I was a kid with my Mom. Celtics vs Lakers. Magic vs Bird.
Clemson football game when I was 18. I had never been to a college football game until attending Clemson. That was a spectacle that blew me away that first time. I thought it was so wild.
The Masters was cool.
Sat on the floor Sixer vs Bulls first round of the playoffs and saw Michael Jordan score around 40 points.

In that case it was the Rod Gardener catch game and the 63-17 game. My ex was a Coot coach at the time. Them gamecox were pretty quiet at the time. Long bus ride back from Clemson with them when old Rod stole the show.

1. 2016 NCG in Tampa with my daughter on the field as the Tiger Cub mascot.
2. Any of the other games she was in the Cub suit from 2014-2016.
3. Walking the golf course with John Smoltz and Dan Marino as a scorer at the Dan Marino Celebrity Invitational golf tournament.
4. 2015 ND Hurricane game.
5. Playoff game beating Ocryo St 31-0
6. Playoff game beating ND 30-3
7. 1985 Southern 500 when Bill Elliott won the first Winston million.

Will never top seeing our Tigers win the 2016 national championship in Tampa. In that fashion against that team with my oldest daughter. Pinnacle.

1. 1974 Masters. I was on the spectator hill on 17 when Gary Player hit his approach to 2 feet to seal the victory.
That one stands out far and above all others.
#2 would be an FSU/UF game in Tallahassee, but UF won, so I can't call that #2.
Somewhere in the top 4 would be my first Clemson game, just a couple of years ago when Tigers beat Louisville. First time I met several T-netters in public. Great tail gate party. Saw Tiger Walk. Seripendity meeting with Antonio Williams parents while waiting on Tiger Walk. The whole pre-game and game experience.

I saw the Braves with Denny Lemaster beat Sandy Koufax and the Dodgers 2-1 in Aug 1966. Ed Mathews hit a walk off home run.
Too many Clemson games to count. The “Orange Shoes” game in 67 and Rod Gardner’s catch were crazy and fun.

Worst was driving up from Clemson to get to game 6 of 2004 Alcs (Sr yr) for the bloody sock game. Had to drive back to Clemson at 4am for an accounting test. To the surprise of no one that ended up being my dropped grade for the semester.
Best was a Soccer game in Rio de Janerio right after the world cup at the stadium of the championship game. Not a soccer guy but the environment was amazing and there was a penalty kick.
First Clemson game was the UNC upset in 2001. That was amazing but set unrealistic expectations haha.

My sons 11U Chatham County Little League Championship game last fall.
He hit a triple to the fence and scored the winning run after driving in the tying run on that swing.
One of the best days of my life , actually.

Cool but a bad ending. The Charlie Ward miracle comeback game at Death Valley.

Since the mid 80's I've always wanted to see a game at Cameron; only college basketball games I ever went to was UNCW since I live in Wilmington. Last November finally took the wife to Cameron it's a cool place, only a little bigger than UNCW's Trask Coliseum. The campus is beautiful, sadly I spent too much time there when my first wife was dying of cancer, this time enjoyed seeing it without the sadness.
My brother and I went to see Clemson stomp UNCheat in Death Valley, that was way cool, I can't remember the year. It was an awesome experience.

2016 Naty in Tampa.
2012 Sunday at the Masters where Bubba Watson almost hit my wife in the head with his errant drive into the woods on #10, then proceeded to hook his pitching wedge 50 yards right-to-left around a corner and onto the green 150 yards away to secure the victory. One of the greatest moments in Masters history.
