Because they didn’t make it to the playoffs when Alabama & LSU did.
They would have gotten beat those years, timing is everything

We went in 2017 when Bama also made it (and won it). Bama handled your guys pretty well, 24-6 - while they needed a miracle hail mary in overtime (as well as several "dubious" calls) to beat us.

Unfortunately, Clemson does not have SEC speed or a network pumping them up on a daily basis. We should also compare arrest records to have a meaningful comparison.

Clemson has 6 playoff season to Georgia’s 3? Is that correct? That’s a big difference. Had Clemson beaten LSU, they would have been National Champs in back to back years and 3 of 4. Amazing. Then DJ happened….

You have won one more CFP game than us despite having three more appearances. You've lost 4 CFP games while we've lost only 1. 3 of your 4 losses were blowouts. Our win percentage of .833 is the highest of any team with more than one appearance.

Sorry. You can't compare Clemson with Georgia. Clemson has played in the ACC, which is a ridiculously easy conference. Every year, Clemson has maybe 3 teams that are even a challenge. The rest are cupcakes. Georgia has had to fight through the SEC every year.

You can compare all the final rankings, recruiting rankings, whatever you want. But at the end of the day, it's the "recruiting staffers" for Georgia that make all the difference.
