Good evening,
A great day to be a football Tiger! Now that we have a DC, what other positions need to changed/filled?

A full time Special Teams coach has been mentioned.
A new strength and conditioning coach has also been mentioned.

Is this already being addressed?

Wonder if Conn stays. I can't see bringing in Allen as a co-coordinator.

Dream on!!! We all know Conn is not going no where since he's Dabo's best friend. I'm surprised how Wes seems to be the scapegoat for the failure of the defense despite he and Conn being listed as Co-DC's. The bigger question was how either one (Wes & Conn) were selected as DC's over Eason & Reed, but I think after the recent DC selection we know what the reason is.

I would say let Conn move-on somewhere else. Let Reed take all DBs. Hire dedicated LB coach, move Spiller and get RB coach, figure out ST coaching and maybe get Batson to retire. Our guys do not look like Penn St, OSU, Bama, Tex, etc., when it comes to muscle tone, has to be a reason.

Sounds like a lot but we have had some lax in these areas.

Allen was ST/LB coach at Ole Miss for his 2 years there.

I still think that we need a coach who’s sole responsibility is the Special Teams.

why don't we hire the special teams coach that was at Alabama when we won the natty he seems like a younger dude. He also just married a pole dancer, so maybe he's not a culture fit...

Grisham gets a pass for landing the Moore and Wesco combo but he's still walking thin ice IMO
